At Plum & Post, we make every effort to ship all orders within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri). While our goal is to maintain inventory stock on all items, on occasion some pieces may be backordered. They will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt. Note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons.

At this time we do not offer free shipping to international accounts, Alaska or Hawaii. Carriers such as UPS and FedEx are preferred. Charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless stated otherwise. C.O.D. orders are not available and we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Oversized items must be shipped freight and do not qualify for FREE standard shipping. Delivery appointments will be scheduled with the customer by the delivering freight company. You must be home at the time of delivery. Inside delivery is not available for freight items.
